An exceptional deli, freshly made sushi, local baked goods, breads from the finest bay area bakeries, world class cheeses, a bar with fresh vegetables, olives and daily specials, make Scotty's much more than just a grocery store (though it's that, too). The busy food preparers cook hamburgers, weekend BBQ (tri tip, ribs, chicken), and all kinds of salads. They offer specialty meats, complete dinners that only need a zap, ice cream from Marin dairies (as well as the usual frozen treats), and almost anything else a foodie could want. You can call ahead for your lunch, or order it online. There's so much here to delight the palate and the imagination that it's sometimes easy to forget why you came!
