When visiting the San Jose area, visit the Carlyle Hotel. It is actually in the city of Campbell, CA but is very close to the freeway and the San Jose Airport. My daughter and I stayed there when we were visiting San Jose State. The Silcon valley can be a very expensive area to stay in. the Carlyle Hotel offered beautifully furnished, clean rooms at a value price. A continental breakfast was included in our stay. They have a vey nice parking garage with an elevator. The hotel has inside corridors and is 2 stories with an elevator.\r
We really felt that the surroundings were quite elegant and the price very modest.
