I bought a sofa and a love seat in Factory Direct on Sep. 15th 2008 and I paid for the delivery ($60.00). The delivery was scheduled to Sep. 20th 2008 and when they unload the love seat from the truck we notice that the sofa have a rip in the bottom and we agreed to return the sofa that would be replaced.\r
They call me to say that they don?t have the same model available and I agreed to wait to receive the replacement. They call me again on Oct. 1st scheduling the delivery for Oct. 4th , they call me again on Oct. 3rd to confirm, on Oct. 4th they call me at 8:00 am, 10:00 am and 11:30 am. They never show up?\r
On Sunday Oct. 5th I went to the store and talk to the Customer Service Manager and explain to her how mad and frustrated I was and we rescheduled the delivery to Oct. 12th and guess what?
