My name is Tiffeny and I had my first visit the other day. I was pretty pleased with what the program had to offer. When I got home and stared to ready all the information I was a little overwelmed, but I thought to my self it will take time. Today I start my 1st day of the program. I'm ready to lose the weight and become happy and healthy again. \r
