I'd like to add that I too was disappointed in Susan's lack of people skills and the overall service that was provided. The nice lady I spoke with on the phone turned out to be a totally different person in person. In addition to the argument, Susan pulled my then wife to be aside and said "you are under contract with me, not your father". What kind of person says that just minutes before a wedding? 5 weeks before the wedding we contacted her on the phone about having more guest than originally planned and she said ?No problem at all? the day of the wedding, she made an issue of it. Also, after reading about the negative comments about her service online by our family members, Susan had the audacity to call my wife and I on our honeymoon and threaten legal action against us for the truthful comments posted online!!!!
