Very friendly staff who seem to really care about animals. I brought my kitten in there and they woo'ed over him like they had never seen a kitten before! Also, prior to that, when my other vet said that there was nothing to do but wait on my ill cat, they did more tests per my request and gave him a humane way to die peacefully and pain free. They are a bit expensive however, but they care about the animals.
