Maybe I don't go often enough to receive bad customer service, but I think all these reviews are mostly incorrect. The prices are great! But I will agree you don't get much for your clothes. But if you think about it, they don't sell them for much, so they have to make a profit somehow. The clothes are color coordinated, which I think its excellent, and I haven't seen many other stores do that. Consignment/resale stores are all about used items that other consumers bring in, sometimes they have certain things and sometimes they don't. People shouldn't expect them to have eveything they are looking for when they are looking for them. Plus the toys are so inexpensive!
