I live in CA, but travel to Las Vegas often for work. My sister is a patient of Dr. Volker's, and after years of switching doctors in California, I finally decided to give him a try. He is the most patient and caring doctor that I have ever encountered. If you complain about the wait, it is only because Dr. Volker takes the time to listen and empathize with you when it is YOUR turn to be seen. I have been to see doctors where the wait was shorter, but once it was my turn in the room with my doctor, I always felt like a number rather than a patient. It is already uncomfortable to be sitting there in that paper gown, have some compassion for goodness sake! And he does!! Dr. Volker cares about each and every one of his patients.
