At this point I'm probably 90% back to normal, (after a near death motorcycle accident on the freeway) with some lingering pain in a shoulder that an acupuncturist is helping with a lot. If you are in Santa Cruz I very highly recommend Glenn Kazmierski, he is a miracle worker.
