I stopped bringing my dog to Petcare Clinic after several unhappy appointments. The Doctor was always late, I was left in the exam room for 20 minutes before someone came in on a regular basis, and the vet (Dr. Valenta) seemed a bit put out that he had an appointment to attend to. He didn't really remember me or my pet, and the last time I was in he informed me that my pet needed a dental, even though she had just had one at Petcare Clinic less than 5 months before. I never went out without him trying to sell me something extra, such as shampoo or a special treat or a different kind of dog food. I really got the feeling he was just after my money. I do not recommend this business.
