It was the day before payday and my dog (a paitient for almost 9 years: not to mention we had already been clients for 4 years with other pets) got bitten by another dog. She had a huge gash over 4 inches long and DEEP, i felt she needed attention immediately. I rushed her over to vca, only to have them 1st talk money. I have NEVER not paid these people. Being day before payday I only had 200 of the over 400 they wanted and i asked if there was any way to give them what i had and bring the remainder of the money AS SOON AS THEY OPENED. They adamently refused to treat her until I assured them I would find a way to pay before they closed. That told me all I needed to know about thier priorities. Obviously not the patient or their owners. EVEN AFTER OVER 12 YEARS of good standing buisness. My pets are like family and I was very offended at thier lack of caring for my girl.
