When I purchased my car here, I thought the sales staff was very professional and down-to-earth, none of that "fake friendliness" you so often see at a car dealership. They didn't try to oversell their vehicle features and they didn't come across as too pushy. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. There was a minor snafu when I was to take delivery, and while it took a few days to resolve they took complete ownership of the problem and helped to make sure my needs were met.\r

Of course, I liked that some of my sales tax $$ were going to the city of HB...
