We took our aging, anxious cat to this hospital for treatment. The staff wasn't well enough trained to handle our pet. After two attempts at treatment our cat was left traumatized and still untreated. To make matters worse, the vet on duty prescribed enough Valium to kill the cat three times over. Luckily we checked on the dosage with another source before giving it. We finally gave up and took the cat to a more professional vet who was better equipped. I complained on Banfield's national web site and got no reply. So much for customer service.
