I had a lot of maintenance done on my last Honda (a 1996 Civic) back in December 2007. This included installation of a new battery. After picking up the car, I drove it to a store and parked it. When I came back out the car wouldn't start. I had to have it towed back to the service center and it turns out that the battery wasn't hooked up correctly. Otherwise the work was acceptable. I would say that the customer service representatives were not very responsive however, several times when I called for updates the phone would ring and ring with no answer.
