This is the worst apt complex i have ever lived in. Everything is old and broken when you first move in. The paint is cracked and coming off the walls. The carpet is the exact same carpet from when the complex was built and does not looked like it has ever been cleaned. There is only one maintenance man and he just happens to be the office manager as well. So for a complex of about 10 buildings there is only one person to do everything. He he is not skilled in any area of anything. He is very lazy and disconnects the emergency pager every weekend. The pool is usually green but if it is not don't be fooled it still will not be opened. I also had 2 friends who lived on the property at the same time as me. One did not have bathroom doors on either of her bathrooms. The other had no garbage disposal for 6 months. The air units are all old and have a hard time working when they do work. So for anyone thinking about living at Baker Square i advise 100% not to do so.
