I would like to segment out this review in 2 separate categories. This is a brew pub and they brew their own beer so the first category is beer. The second is food. I am a seasoned traveler and homebrewer. \r

The beer is all a brewpub should be. Each beer I had was delivered with the perfect head with no smell or hint of stale beer lines. Being a homebrewer myself I know it's a challenge to keep all beer lines and parts perfectly clean. From experience I can tell this beer was delivered in clean lines with the right amount of carbonation.\r

The seasonal SAISON was just a treat. I could spend 3 paragraphs on this but I won't. It was truly a treat to drink. The RED ale was my personal favorite for everyday drinking. I tasted a harvest brew which was also great to drink. My least favorite was the lighter pale ale. I'm not a fan of lighter ales but this was a far better tasting light ale than what I'm used to. You can't go wrong with any beer, they are all good.\r

I am very particular about my bar food. Good beer deserves the best company of good eats. I ordered three items on 2 separate days. Consistency was perfect as each day I tried the tasty appetizers they were exactly the same. The wings are some of the best wings I've ever had. The heat is enough to cause a sniffle and the flavor is extremely balanced. There is a hint of butter balanced with the spice. The wings were served hot without burning them. The sauce was drizzeled over each wing coating each wing with just the right amount of sauce. \r

The artichoke spinach dip is flat out one of the best I've ever had. Just order it.\r

The pizza has a thin crust that appears to be burned or charred on the bottom, or so I thought. The crust is phenomenal. It is crispy with small grains of flavor cooked on the bottom. The cheese and toppings were the perfect balance with either pesto or red sauce, both which are great.\r

Service was great both with Amy and another fine gent bartender.
Pros: Beer, Food, Service
Cons: I didn't find any
