Chaotic place. There does not seem to be any consistency or continuity. Kids get put with any teacher that is available. Lessons are supposed to be a 1/2 and hour, never seen a child in a room for more that 15 minutes for a ""private lesson."" My child had only 2 lessons. The first was 10 minutes (they claim the were assessing her) and the second, a week later with a different teacher, was 15 minutes at the most.\r

They have no printed material to tell you before you sign up what the schedule is or the conditions to which you are agreeing. They write it on the back of a business card. I was given at least 6 cards. The receipt is the agreement READ IT CAREFULLY. I did not. I paid by check for a year and they give NO REFUNDS. This was NOT mentioned to me at all. I was only given the these conditions after I handed them my check. Now I am out nearly $700.
Cons: Length of lesson, continuity with same teacher
