I've been with Burl Woods for 2 1/2 years. When I moved to Dallas, I went into what I guess was an executive office of State Farm. The receptionist told me I was in the wrong place. An employee of Burl Wood's was in the office and said I could follow him to the office. I had excellent customer service while I was in the office. Luckily, I have not had to file a claim, I have called the office several times to ask questions. I have always been greeted with a warm smile (even over the phone). All my questions and concerns are answered in a happy, helpful voice. The employees are one in a million. I feel very happy and satisfied when I hang up the phone. I NEVER feel like I am bothering them. \r
I have no idea if Burl Wood's insurance is expensive and I have no desire to even shop around to find out....I don't think it would matter. I have all the trust in the world that they will be there for me if I ever truly need them. I wouldn't want anyone else on my side if I get into an accident.\r
