I pick up a prescription from this place once a month, and every time I go in there seems to be another customer arguing with the staff. I always just shrugged it off and attributed this to the fact that the Beverly Hills crowd can sometimes just be pushy and over-demanding. However, I've noticed the past few times that it isn't the clients...it's THE STAFF. I've come to realized that they are just rude and lazy. They roll their eyes at you, huff and puff if you forget your prescription number, and lie about how long it will take to fill your prescription. They told me today that my prescription wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, and it has never taken more than a few hours to make in the past...and I called right when they opened! I will only continue going there since this is a special prescription, but as soon as I find a new compounding pharmacy I will be taking my service elsewhere.
Pros: Provides quality compound prescriptions
Cons: rude staff!
