Woah, worst experience ever. Rude medical billing staff in the front. the wait is long, even if you get there on time. Why would they hire so many incompetant people there? The staff turnover is high and Candace is rude, just to affirm from a post I have read. I had to change my family doctor because they are very unprofessional there, its mind boggling to still see them there after many negative encounters with the incompetant staff. If they would just fire them all and re hire new medical assistants I would reconsider going there again. It is an inconvenience to me to go 10 miles out of my way when they are practically next door to me, that is the only reason I chose them. They talk about patient's medical history and charting information within ear shot of the lobby. Do they not know what HIPPA is? Probably not.
