Spoken as a PROFESSIONAL PRISSPOT....I have probably been to every salon in the metro Richmond AND DC area and have not been more happy with my hair. I look at it like this.....you wear this EVERYDAY..so why shouldn't you want your hair to look it's best?!!! I have NEVER had anyone sit down and act GENUINELY interested in what I want to do with my hair and had HONEST feedback from a professional. She is not overpriced nor is she RUDE!!!! She is a HUGE animal lover like myself and has offered to help do fund raisers for my shelter as well....So ladies who have complained....I don't know what kind of day you were having but there are MUCH BIGGER things in the world to complain about be concerned about. I say....KEEP doing what you are doing Simone....its working for me girl!!!
Pros: excellent staff, great pedicures, one on one attention and always on time.
Cons: parking sometimes a pain...but that is downtown!!
