Response to Kdamaga post 10/24/2008

I wanted to reply to the previous negative reviews placed by the Judgment Debtors. I am in the Judgment\r Recovery business and wanted to defend the actions of Supreme Judgment Recovery. After reading\r the negative comments that were placed by two individuals that owed a judgment to another party, \r the debtors are complaining that they were made to owe up to their obligations. In addition, there is\r no possible way for a person to issue a bank levy without the necessary paperwork, it would be illegal\r and the court would not allow it. \r \r In order to levy a bank account, one must go to the court, with proof of debtors assets, and only\r then will the court issue a bank levy and send the levying officer to place a bank levy on an account.\r Kdamaga, is clearly misled that the account was seized without the proper paperwork, the court\r would not issue the levy is Supreme Judgment Recovery was not assigned the Judgment.\r \r Sincerely,\r \r --Eric \r Prudential Judgment Recovery more
