In December of 07, I was stuck on a hill right when a snow storm started. I called them to get me out of there. Because of the amount of calls they where getting, they said it would take 2-3 hours before they could come out. I wasn't going any ware so I waited patiently. 2 and half hours later, after the snow went from 2 inches to 7 inches, they called back saying they would not come out. They said that my car was a liability because it was so low to the ground. I drive an RX-8 and being low profile there was a possibility of damage to the car. I understood that. What peed me off was that they waited 2 and half hours to tell me. They could have told me when I initially called so that I could find another tow company. Thanks Lazer-Pipe tow for leaving me in the snow. I spent the night in my car the night because of them. After screaming at them about this, the only thing that they would say is, ""that's what you get for buying a sports car."" F U Lazer-Pipe tow.
