Just got off the phone with Jay Shappley, perhaps the owner of Holland. He's just as rude, if not more so, than those which answer the phone the first several times we've called. ""Ms. _____, do you honestly think we would have any appointments? We plainly told the students at school to have pictures made in JUNE.?Uh, what? NO>>>>>you did say you have from _____ until Oct. ___ (now I know it's the 3rd). He called me a liar; he called my son a liar. Neither of us are liars. We called, several times, over the last month and we were told to call back! Period. Mr. Shappley says ""you are only 1 customer out of 4000 so..."".
Pros: Arrogant, rude, owner. A real gem.
