By far and away the worst HMO I have ever had. It would take pages to detail the numerous problems I have had when going there. Wait time 2-3 hours, office people are the most untrained and ruddiest bunch I have ever seen. Communication does not exist between doctors, nurses and office. Pick any other HMO because it is your life and money at risk.
