This tour line is the most unaccommodating. The owners are the tour guides. The motels were cheap and unclean. The attitude of Margaret and Doug was horrendous. They were rude, spiteful, very defensive with customer remarks, informed us that they were in charge and things were their way, or no way. Very hostile, with Margaret listening to passengers, then going straight to Doug to report what she heard. Seating at shows was bad, evidently the cheap seats. Not viewable and plenty of good seats unused. They did not associate with the passengers at stops. He as a driver is not in the best of health, and should not be a driver.Restroom was off limits they said only for use in an emergency. I would not recommend taking a tour with this company.
Cons: poor inter action, cheap rooms, no restroom use, rude, vendictive, ignorant, blasphemous, non christian attitudes.
