Can't say I would agree with the other review. I happen to work there and you couldn't ask for a better staff. I must say that if you are a lazy nurse, or don't do your job then it may not be for you. There isn't a large turnover either. Westlake Healthcare recieved a defiency free survey from the ODH this year. With all the right players on there management staff now, It has come along way. The moral of the nurses is great! Like I said if your not doing your job, and are being lazy then thats your fault that you didn't have a good experience. They will not except less then quality care for the residents there. It is also a very clean, none of the nursing home smells. I am honored to be part of such a dedicated team. Keep up the great work Westlake Healthcare!!!!!!! OH, and alot of staff have family members or friends that are residents there, need I say more?
Pros: Great Staff, Nice Facility, Clean, Alot of parking, Cleveland area's best Out Patient Therphy department
Cons: Sit back far off Crocker Road.
