Customer disconnect second cell phone line due to spouse's death. Mgr takes customer to small claims court for $350 (early disconnect fee). How low can a person go. Where is the compassion for its customers. I am never recommending anyone again. Store manager lacks compassion. Cannot believe manager would stoop so low. more
