I have been charged 3 times on the same order!!! Sent 3 emails and replied with a sloppy answer. ""We will investigate on this matter""... What kind of a company is that??? I have purchased from many different places in the past and never have a problem like this... I then called them up and was informed that it will take at least 1 day to find out why they charged my card 3 times??? One day to ask someone as such a small company why my order has ben charged 3 times?? \r
