This is not your typical Pilates studio where you get lost in the sauce. It is a small intimate setting where you are always given a warm welcome when you arrive. Because it is small, the instructors are able to provide individualized attention to ensure you have the correct alignment. Susan and Liz are great. They provide encouragment and practical techniques you can use between classes that help prevent injury and strengthen your body. This is supplimented by mind-body workshops such as meditation and health and wellness. You should stop by and check it out for yourself.
