I was involved in an accident the other day, I was pretty shaken up and the police asked me if I thought I needed a tow truck. Well I wasnt sure but it looked like the front of my car was pretty bad. I had no one to call to have them come look. I told the officer I wouldnt feel safe driving it home so yes. I read some things in the newspaper about the towing companies in Everett over charging so I was a little worried. All to my dismay, The man who came to help me was clean, friendly, proffesional, and did his job very well. He delivered my vehicle to the shop and then took me home. 5 miles from his shop the other direction, NO CHARGE. This whole process was hassle free. I cant believe that people would think these charges were too much. I have comp and collision so my insurance paid all charges. These guys have thankless jobs. I just wanted to do my part to say AMERICAN TOWING is the GREATEST.
Pros: Excellent Service, The Tow Truck was immaculate.
Cons: He wouldn't let me tip him for the ride home.
