Last night my husband and I went to Happy Veggie for the first time, and we will definitely return. The food is excellent; it is very high quality, with fresh ingredients. The Mongolian ""Beef"" was amazing, it could not have been better! The flavors tied together perfectly, and not only was the portion quite generous, but the dish had a lot of soy meat in it. We had the spring rolls, pad thai, and cheesecake dessert as well. All were just as impressive. The cheesecake was totally vegan, so it didn't taste like traditional cheesecake, but it was delicious in its own way. Not only was the food great, but service was impeccable as well. Granted the restaurant wasn't very busy, but the woman serving was attentive and timely. The food was served at the perfect tempo: not too slow, but not rushed either. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
