When I moved to this city 2 months ago I took my computer in to this place to simply have AOL taken off and a network card put in..... Simple thing to request right ....WRONG. They ended up charging me 125.00 wich was 80.00 dollors over the origional quote, they didn't even call me to authorize the RE-INSTALL of windows (wich was done the day before I took it in) and now the computer is WAY SLOWER because they changed the processor and memory to slower ones. They said the old ones were bad. I requested the OLD parts wich they could not produce...... To top it all off I had to pay the bill to get my computer back ich I use for school, and family pictures. All my information was gone and they say it's not their problem. BAD COMPANY AND VERY RUDE OWNER NAMED SCOTT
Cons: They seem to work better on TV's as they were laying all arround, No authorization for additional services NOT needed, RUDE
