Horrible attitudes by office personel, no customer service, outrageous prices, non existent return policy . Hiway robbery, I unloaded material myself, sent wrong items, didn't want to exchange, returned material that was not used, unloaded it, and was then told it was a 20% restocking fee, and would recieve the refund by mail , was told they didn't know when, even tho I paid cash USD. The worst experience I have ever had even with companies that outsource to India.
Cons: everything from bad customer service to ridiculous prices
