Pete's Major was recommended to me by the company I get the appliances insured from. My first experience with them was very disturbing and unforgetable. \r \r They were scheduled to visit and fix the appliance on a certain day (a week after they first called to check the dates) as there was no availablity. A day before they were to come, they called and cancelled saying that the part was not delivered. When asked for an ETA, the manager was extremely rude and impolite. I understand that there could be delays sometimes, and I also understand that its not Pete's fault that the part is not delivered to them. What bothers me is their complete lack of professionalism. At the end of the conversation, the manager even had a audacity to coach me to thank her for her rude behaviour. I was clearly disturbed by this and I can tell you that I have never once had an issue with any other person or store. It sounded like she challenged me to get the work done without her help. I wanted to share my experience to make sure that no one else suffers with bad customer service and an absolute lack of patience or experience. If the manager was the worst, I only wonder how the rest could be trust to come fix something at your house. I still do not trust them to do a good job at fixing my appliance and I will be looking to see if I can find anyone else but them. \r \r What you take with you is the experience of having a problem smoothly serviced by professionals with utmost care for your time and peace of mind. I did not get ANY of the above with Pete's. \r \r Worst customer service ever! would never recommend it to any of my friends even if they were the only ones in the planet.
