This is how my friend told me about YSY therapy the center offers: ""it can treat many conditions without medication or surgery within minutes. they know your body without your telling them your problems"" I didn't believe in such a thing. It sounds too good to be true. I have too much stress at work this year and I am getting anxiety and sleeping problems. I needed to feel better but didn't want to take any medicine. Well, I gave it a try... after a few sessions, I felt much calmer, and had lot more energetic (the therapy made me use bathroom A LOT more than usual). In fact, stuff at work doesn't bother me that much. I've been falling into sleep easily and didn't need to wake up in the middle of the night. I'm quite impressed by how well the therapy works.
Pros: Doctors here really know my health problems. They seem to know exactly what's inside my body.
Cons: office hours are short. I had to take time off work for treatments.
