Slidell Rocks provided the perfect venue for my son's birthday party! Kids from 3 to 70 (cousins through grandparents) enjoyed time on ""the rock"". Charlie and crew took care of everything from ordering pizzas to strapping on harnesses. We had such a good time that my son and I returned a few days later for some more!\r

At first, I was a little intimidated by the climbing walls since I had no experience with it. It didn't take long, however, for the staff to introduce us to the basics and have us working the wall like a pro. Not only is it thrilling entertainment, but it's also an incredible workout! At 42, I found muscles that I didn't know I had! ;-)\r

The climbing gym offers a recreational outlet that nothing else within four hours drive compares to. I highly recommend that you give it a try.
Pros: Fun, thrilling, rigorous entertainment for a wide variety of abilities and ages. It's a blast!
Cons: After an hour, I was worn out. What an incredible workout...
