After 5 years... out of the blue $60 rent increase and $250 ""non-refundable pet deposit!?"" I've never heard of such a thing, I guess that's what you get for being a good tenant. Not to mention the $140-$180 monthly RG&E bill, thanks to the crappy original windows installed 35 years ago.\r
The Police have been here at least 3 times that I know of since the new owners have taken over a few months ago... apparently, they will rent to any Hudson Avenue reject that fills out an application.\r
The new ""staff"" here are full of empty promises and the complex is now full of empty apartments and townhouses, no surprise. The vacant apartments are promptly furnished with new counter tops, windows, carpeting etc., while existing tenants who have been paying for years must make due with cabinets & countertops that were installed when Nixon was president! (no exaggeration)\r
