These were the worst movers EVER! Not only were they 1.5 hours late, they charged me 45 minutes from going from their office in Brighton to my apt in Brighton! They also told me I had to take them to the store to buy them drinks!! Probably to waste more time so that I could be charged an extra half hour!! (I gave them water instead) \r

Then they got lost to the destination and tried to charge me. Then as I was disputing the over charges with the dispatcher the movers took off with my TV! I called to confront them and they admitted that they took it and would not return it.! I then called the dispatcher back and he refused to answer the phone! \r

Long story short, after a week of debating, getting frustrated and cursing I had to go get the TV myself from their wharehouse/office!! \r

*Bottom line: They do not answer the phone if they think you are calling them to argue with them, they will not answer because they have caller ID - so you have to call from all different phone numbers and even if you try *67 to block they will just not answer at all. They WILL keep your furniture hostage until you pay them what they want. \r
