I relocated to NYC last year, but for medical reasons I needed to move back to Seattle, WA this year. Being a young single female, and from the west coast, you can imagine how important it was for me to find a good relocation company, with the best price - and being able to trust them with all my stuff (and hoping it wouldn't be put up for hostage!). I read so many horror stories.. so I thought my best bet would be CitySearch. I called up all the companies that had five star ratings (I picked out about ten). Although they all called me back, many of them missed their appointments, charged ridiculous amounts, didn't provide enough information, quoted only on the phone and kept pressuring me. Come to find out some of the companies I was considering was on RipOffReport!!! When John Alfano came to quote my things, he was professional, early, provided a packet of information, numbers, websites, government certifications, references, even tips for choosing a moving company. I really thought it was too good to be true, and honestly thought at first impression this company looked TOO AWESOME. They received my trust, and always answered any questions I had over weeks on end. Price wasn't the lowest, but VERY affordable. They called to confirm the schedule, the driver called to check in occasionally, they delivered my things in A WEEK!!! The driver was SUPERB!!! He was so careful, hardworking, friendly. Even though I received all my things in one piece (they were so precise they marked and wrapped everything), I seriously would have considered even paying more for such a great company. They are the best. I was sooooo impressed. I'm left speechless.
