I recently had wood blinds custom cut by a Home Depot employee. Long story short, he correctly cut 3 of the 7 blinds correctly. That leaves me with 4 blinds that are too large for my window cases. I called customer service and all they said was I could come back and they would recut them for me...that would be great if I lived in town and not 30 miles away from their store. Essentially it will cost me $15 in gas and a couple hours wasted time just because they couldn't cut the blinds correctly.
Pros: Store has a variety of products
Cons: Don't rely on employees or customer service
