Complaint phone numbers: In an effort to resolve my own complaints against Aloha Garbage, I have located 2 phone numbers. If you live within Beaverton City limits, you call: 503-526-2665. If you live in Washington County unincorporated, you call 503-846-3663. I did speak with someone at both phone numbers and my complaint has not at least been acknowledged. It is common knowledge that the front office staff at Aloha Garbage are less than friendly, and most definitely not in the least bit helpful when there is a problem to resolve.
Cons: Attitude of staff is less than adequate. Poor customer service skills.
