Both Carpet Mill Outlet stores, one in Morton Grove and the other one in Barrington has bunch of crooks working there. They take your order with money and sit on your request. You keep calling them and they have excuses like workers were busy, truck didn't do the delivery or their BINDING machine broke. They think that customers are stupid and they can BS with them and Better Business cannot touch them. I have submitted a request to Better Business and will update all of you about this issue. But until then if you want your merchandise in your house on time, go some where else but them to get your delivery on time. Worst is not get your money back at all....I have read another review with same issue after giving them the money and since then I had a feeling that it will happen to me!!!!
