Very RUDE! Our Rent was a couple of days late because of a job layoff and lovely Tina Jenkins calls up and says if we don't hear from you by 5 we are starting the eviction process TODAY. She thinks she is better then everyone else. IF you have a choice to do business with or not I would suggest going else where. She is threatening to evict a family of 8 (6 kids) because of late rent. She has always had the rent before the end of the month. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!
