We ate there today for a co-worker birthday and were treated horrible by both the waiter and manager of Palazzo's. It was a complete disappointment to us as we have eaten there for many, many years but WILL NEVER return. Our waiter made an error and the manager came and let us know it was basically OUR fault. Not customer service AT ALL. Food not like it had been in the past either. Glasses never filled once emptied and just plain lazy service as well. Will be sure to pass this along to everyone I know.
