I just relocated to the LV an a friend told me I had to check out this place called Kathy's Southern Cooking, so here I am to tell you about my experience: It was a Friday night the wait was no very long for me and my friend to get a table. We sat down look at the menu and I knew I was home! I ordered the sweet tea and my friend ordered lemonade; both were mouth watering good! when the catfish and the smothered chicken came out both were steaming hot(thats how I like my food hot, hot hot). the catfish had this cornmeal type batter that reminded me of being in my own home as if grandma cooked it for me. The smothered chicken was so tender and juicy that my friend could not resist licking a finger or two with out even realizing that she had a napkin on the table, ha,ha. I must say the sidedishes were just and delectible as the main course. Everyone must try this place so they can experience the down home feel for themselves.
Pros: the food is well worth the $
Cons: when everyone eats here I wont be able to get a table
