Renaissance Limo is terrible, has horrible customer service and the driver was rude and didn't know where she was going. We got married on Sept. 13, the day of Hurricane Ike, and they sent a limo with a huge hole in the roof, where an emergency exit or skylight would be. Apparently, the door was gone so they (AND WHAT A JOKE THIS IS) covered it with a garbage bag, which clearly blew off. The driver refused to even call or offer an apology or discount and said, ""we're ready to go whenever, we arrived on time."" As we waited more than a half-hour for a limo bus without a hole in it.
