We purchased a refrigerator from Carlson's. First they were delayed for two weeks in getting the side panels needed. The provided a ""free loaner"" refrigerator, which they are now trying to bill us for. Our condo presents some delivery challenges, so we worked hard to provide them with all of the information and asked them to check out the site before the actual delivery day. They didn't. Their own delivery people complain that management doesn't listen. I blew a whole day today waiting for them, and then when they got here, they said they can't deliver it, and they STILL won't make us a priority to make arrangements for a crane or whatevery they will need. They jerked us around today just long enough for their competition to close. We have no idea if, or when, we will hear back from them. If anyone has an email address or fax # for the actual owner, please post. The people at the store will almost certainly keep him from seeing our complaint. Pros: PRICE Cons: Irresponsible, poor delivery, really bad attitude more
