Built a custom built home where Majestic Drywall did the drywall work and the stamped ceiling. 2 noteable defects in the 2 story ceiling pointed out to Drywall comapny and builder. No different than a consumer buying a car and noticing a big scratch in the hood. Majestic states no other way to fix it other than to restamp the entire ceiling, which is a complete mess. Majestic refuses to be responsible for the moving of the furniture, covering furniture or any clean up. They will only come in, re stamp and leave.

Cons: shoddy customer service follow through, leaves the dirty work to the customer
