Went to True Value two weeks ago to purchase some screws and was forced to purchase $5 worth of goods before I was permitted to use my credit card. Not only did I get attitude from the cashier and the owner, but they forced me to purchase a gift certificate and then complained about my transaction the entire time. Definitely would not recommend.
Pros: good city location
Cons: bad customer service
